Voltabox AG announces name change to Voltatron AG

At its Annual General Meeting held on July 8, 2025, Voltabox AG resolved by a large majority to change its corporate name to Voltatron AG. With this decision, shareholders support the company’s ongoing comprehensive realignment and lay the foundation for targeted further development and a completely renewed corporate identity.

In addition, the meeting approved further resolutions, including the relocation of the company’s registered office to Fürth, the expansion of the company’s business purpose, and the creation of Authorized Capital 2025 and Conditional Capital 2025 I as essential components to implement the company’s M&A-driven growth strategy.

The new name reflects the company’s continued clear focus on battery and energy storage technologies as well as on the development and production of innovative electronic solutions. It marks a highly visible milestone in the strategic transformation.
